So we’re working on a Star Trek style transporter to beam shirts to you instantly but until that’s completed we’ll be sending your awesome purchases via post. We’re also on the lookout for a wormhole between our place and yours so we can slide them down to you instantly. No luck so far but we’re trying.

Until Then …

Orders are normally fulfilled within 2-7 business days, then shipping times are added to that. Shirts are printed and sent from either the US or Europe depending the destination, and availability of stock at each printing facility. So speed and price of delivery depends on where the order is fulfilled and where it’s going to, but here are some general timeframes for shipping.

United States
Standard:    3-5 days
Express:      1-3 days

Australia & New Zealand
Standard:   5-10 days
Express:     not offered at present because the cost is so high, but if you want express shipping contact us and we’ll help you out.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Shipping prices are calculated on the Cart and Checkout pages. When you have added items to your cart go to the Cart or Checkout page and enter your country and postcode or state in the shipping calculator.

Order never arrived?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at through our contact form noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Why don’t we ship everywhere yet?

Most countries require sales tax or value added tax to be charged on products entering their country. Some online sellers ignore this and expect their customers to pay extra when they collect their orders. We don’t think that’s right – when you buy online you want to pay once and have it delivered, end of story, right? You don’t want to pay more before the delivery driver will hand over your precious new package you’ve been waiting for. So we do the hard work for you, collecting taxes (which are different around the world) and submitting them to the relevant authority in each country. It takes time to set this up for each region/country so we’re adding shipping destinations as fast as we can update our systems to process taxes for each region. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note: International shipments may incur customs fees beyond the state or country taxes that we endeavor to cover. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We collect taxes and remit them to the relevant authorities so you don’t have to but it is still possible that additional charges may be incurred. We can not take responsibility for customs fees. If you have any concerns about customs fees, duties or import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges


Unworn and unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card or into the Paypal account that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please mail unworn and unwashed items to us one of the addresses at the bottom of this page.

Please include the following information:

  1. The order number, name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”


If you decide the shirt design is not what you’re after we will happily exchange it for a different item. NOTE: the item must be unworn and unwashed.

Please send the item with the following details to address at the bottom of this page with the following details

  1. The order number, name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. The shirts & sizes you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design.
  3. The address you would like your replacement items shipped to.
  4. Re-Shipping Fee: Exchange re-shipping fees are as follows: USA & Canada one shirt is $3.00, then add $1 for each additional item. International: one shirt is $4.00, 2 shirts $6.00, 3 shirts are $8.00, then add $1 per additional item. We will contact you about processing this payment.
  5. If the shirt was a gift, and you do not want the original purchaser notified of the exchange, write “no email” on the packing slip and we will make sure they do not get any email notifications concerning the exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with an incorrect or damaged item. If this happens then please get in touch with us within 7 days so we can resolve the situation for you. Please email us through our contact form with your order number and details of the problem. Normally we will send you a replacement shirt with a prepaid envelope for you to send the damaged or incorrect item back to us.

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Return Locations

Returns can be sent to either our US or European fulfillment centres below. Please return it to the centre it was sent from – this should be on the packaging.
